Commissioning me means that you've read and agreed to these terms.
If you have questions, kindly DM me!
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, including orders I feel are not within my skillset or don't fit my vision
• As the artist, I have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the art on my sites, as self-promotion and portfolio• Strictly NO REFUNDS
• Upfront payment after rough sketch has been approved
• All prices listed are base prices. Therefore, may be subject to change if the order has a lot of details or additions
• Payment methods are Paypal or GCash (for PH)• I will not draw mecha, animals, gore, furry, and NSFW
• As a customer, you are expected to provide references (pose, clothes, props, etc)
• Only 2 minor revisions are allowed: one for the rough sketch and one after the piece has been rendered
• Commissions will take at least 4 WEEKS from the date of payment. Date may be extended if there are any revisions• Comes with WATERMARK if for personal use
• File will be in JPEG/PNG format and will be sent via google gdrive• All commissions are non-commercial unless commercial rights have been purchased
• Usage of my artwork for NFTs or AI learning is entirely prohibited.
